Navigating Pregnancy Brain: How a Digital Pregnancy Journal Can Keep You on Track

If you're pregnant or have anyone close to you that is, you know that pregnancy brain is a real thing. I can remember multiple instances of forgetting dates or appointments, walking around the house aimlessly trying to find my house keys, and more during pregnancy (some in postpartum too ​😂​).

But fear not, because I've found a solution that has been an absolute game-changer for me: a pregnancy journal. It's been my saving grace in staying organized and on top of things during my whirlwind journey to motherhood.

When I got pregnant with my daughter Amara, I began documenting my pregnancy in a journal. Everything from my thoughts and feelings to questions I had for the doctor, to week-by-week milestones- I noted it all! I continued to use a journal for my next two pregnancies as well. What started as an impromptu decision to write down questions (there were many!) and take notes at my first doctor's visit turned into one of the most helpful tools during pregnancy and a beautiful memento!
